Jackson Square Legacy Business Spotlight: Old Ship Saloon

Like much of Jackson Square itself, The Old Ship Saloon has its roots in the Gold Rush, when ships sailing into newly incorporated San Francisco were regularly abandoned as prospectors dashed off to the mines. And like the Gold Rush itself, the Old Ship has lore-filled histories, each slightly different but all of which cement the bar's place in the city's cultural history.
