S&S Grocery is a grocery store that serves the communities of North Beach, Chinatown, Telegraph Hill, and surrounding neighborhoods. We sell products of everyday use including fresh vegetables and fruits, canned foods, potato chips, cereals, milk, crackers, soaps, medicines, paper towels, and more. S&S Grocery is a third-generation, family-owned grocery store that has succeeded through hard work, determination, and initiative – the essence of the “American Dream.” Don’t miss our psychedelic 7-Up sign, an image created by John Alcom for the famous 7-Up UnCola ad campaign (1969-1973). The beautiful sign is a collector’s item that is frequently photographed by tourists.
